GENERAL
By submitting an entry to this contest, brought to you by Woodchuck’s Fine Furniture & Decor & Bassett Furniture (the “Sponsor”), the entrant acknowledges and agrees to all of these official contest rules (“Official Rules”). A purchase is necessary for entry. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited. By entering the contest, entrants agree to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error in these Official Rules, or the contest itself, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of the Sponsor, whose decisions are binding and final. Failure to comply with these Official Rules or any contest-specific rules may result in disqualification from the contest.
ELIGIBILITY
The contest is open only to legal residents of Florida and Georgia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and is void wherever prohibited or restricted by applicable federal or state laws and regulations. Employees of Sponsor, Woodchuck’s Fine Furniture & Decor, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of these employees’ immediate families (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) and those living in the same household with these employees, are not eligible.
HOW TO ENTER
A purchase is required for entry. Only one entry per natural person. You may enter the contest as follows:
- Purchase any item from Woodchuck’s Fine Furniture & Decor’s Annual Designer Tent Sale between February 22, 2025 and March 1, 2025 and be entered for a chance to win.
Entries must be received no later than 7:00 P.M. EST on Saturday, March 1, 2025, according to the computer time on the Sponsor’s server. Multiple entries received from any person will void all such additional entries. Sponsor will reject and delete any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent. The Sponsor will disqualify any entry from individuals who do not meet eligibility requirements. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. The Sponsor will not be responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or illegible entries.
WINNER SELECTION
Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. Woodchuck’s Fine Furniture & Decor, or their agency, will notify winners on March 4th, 2025, by contacting the winner directly via phone or email. If a winner does not acknowledge the notification and claim their prize within 24 hours of notification, Woodchuck’s Fine Furniture & Decor may elect to award the prize to another eligible entrant selected at random.
Winners will be asked to provide a valid/working email address and phone number. Woodchuck’s Fine Furniture & Decor will coordinate delivery or pick-up of prize with winner via the aforementioned contact details.
Except as prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize shall constitute the winner’s consent to use of their names, likenesses, and/or prize information for promotional purposes without approval or further compensation.

One (1) winner will receive:
- Bassett Furniture Surry Bedroom Set in Truffle Oak Finish
- Includes: One (1) King Panel Bed, One (1) Dresser, One (1) Chest, & Two (2) Three-Drawer Nightstands
Total value of all prizes is $5,795.00 (everyday price, not MSRP). Winner must comply with all rules and regulations. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize. The prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. Limit one (1) prize per person or household.
ODDS OF WINNING
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible contestants.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS MAY APPLY
Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses which are not specifically listed as part of a prize in these Official Rules and which may be associated with the award, acceptance, receipt, and use of all or any portion of the awarded prize are solely the responsibility of the respective prize winner.
ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS
Prize is non-transferable. No substitution or credit/cash equivalent of prizes is permitted. Only purchases made between February 22–March 1, 2025 will be eligible. Woodchuck’s Fine Furniture & Decor and its respective parent, affiliate, and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the contest/giveaway, including, but not limited to, errors in any printing or posting or these Official Rules, the selection and announcement of any winner, or the distribution of any prize. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of this contest/giveaway is unlawful and subject to possible legal action by Woodchuck’s Fine Furniture & Decor. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend the contest/giveaway, without notice, and for any reason, including, without limitation, if Sponsor determines that the contest/giveaway cannot be conducted as planned or should a virus, bug, tampering or unauthorized intervention, technical failure or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the contest/giveaway. In the event any tampering or unauthorized intervention may have occurred, Sponsor reserves the right to void suspect entries at issue. Woodchuck’s Fine Furniture & Decor and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives, Facebook, Instagram, and any telephone network or service providers, are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunction, lost or delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, line failure or malfunction of any telephone or internet network, computer equipment or software, the inability to access any website or online service or any other error, human or otherwise.
INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering the contest/giveaway, each entrant agrees to indemnify, release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent, affiliate, and subsidiary companies, and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, officers, directors, members, managers, agents, employees, as well as administrators, advertising and promotional agencies, and all their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents and assigns, from any liability, damages, losses, or injury resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from that entrant participate in the contest/giveaway and the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize that may be won, including any accident, loss, injury or death occurring or in any way related to the prizes or use/misuse thereof or while traveling to and/or from a location to obtain or use a prize.
Woodchuck’s Fine Furniture & Decor and its parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies do not make any warranties, express or implied, as to the condition, fitness, or merchantability of the prize. Woodchuck’s Fine Furniture & Decor and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, and promotional agencies, and all their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents disclaim any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from access to or download of information or materials connected with the contest/giveaway.
Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the
Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prize. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for undeliverable emails or phone calls resulting from any form of active or passive phone/e-mail filtering by a user’s Internet service provider and/or e-mail client or for insufficient space in user’s e-mail account to receive prize information.
OTHER SPECIFICATIONS
By participating in the contest/giveaway, participants agree to be bound by the decisions of Woodchuck’s Fine Furniture & Decor personnel. Persons who violate any rule, gain an unfair advantage in participating in the contest/giveaway, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, dangerous, harassing, or threatening behavior, is prohibited. Woodchuck’s Fine Furniture & Decor and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, and promotional agencies, and all their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents are not liable for any disagreements or altercations between fellow entrants. Woodchuck’s Fine Furniture & Decor will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the contest/giveaway, and Woodchuck’s Fine Furniture & Decor’s decisions concerning such disputes shall be final. If the conduct or outcome of the contest/giveaway is affected by human error, any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference, or any event beyond the control of the Company, Woodchuck’s Fine Furniture & Decor reserves the right to terminate this contest/giveaway, or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as Sponsor deems appropriate. Sponsor further reserves the right to: (i) terminate or declare any contest/giveaway null and void and rescind any prize, if in its sole judgment, the rules or the integrity of the contest/giveaway have been violated or compromised in any way, intentionally or unintentionally by any person whether or not a participant in the contest/giveaway; (ii) cancel, terminate or modify the contest/giveaway if, in the sole discretion of the Company, it is impossible or impractical to complete the contest/giveaway as planned for any reason, including, but not limited to, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort; (iii) alter or amend these contest/giveaway rules at any time; and (iv) stop or conclude the contest/giveaway at any time. Material changes to the contest/giveaway rules will be announced on via Email Communication, Facebook and/or Instagram, when practical.
Winners may waive their right to receive prizes. Woodchuck’s Fine Furniture & Decor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Winners are solely responsible for reporting and payment of any taxes on prizes. Woodchuck’s Fine Furniture & Decor requires winners to complete an affidavit of eligibility, and a liability and publicity release. Failure to sign and return the affidavit or release, or to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules, may, at the discretion of Woodchuck’s Fine Furniture & Decor result in a winner’s disqualification and the forfeiture of his/her interest in the prize. Winners must be 18 years of age or older. Except where prohibited, participation in the contest/giveaway constitutes the contestant’s consent to the publication of his/her name, likeness, and biographical information in any media for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation or further compensation. Prizes and individual components of prize packages are subject to availability and Woodchuck’s Fine Furniture & Decor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
